About Us

EPS is a software company located in West Los Angeles. We are dedicated to developing and supporting a set of software tools that dramatically improve the way organizations conduct projects. Our initial product, EPPORA (Enterprise Project Portfolio Optimized Resource Allocation) will be available in the spring of 2010. EPS also provides training, seminars and consulting relative to:

We also provide a comprehensive project management book, the “ABCs of Requirements Based Project Management” that can be purchased via our web site at www.EnterprisePortfolioSoftware.com. The ABCs consists of four volumes and over 200 guidelines and templates relative to successfully conducting projects.
